Individualized In-Home Support Services
For: Seniors, their adult children, families and caregivers.
Service description: After a needs assessment has been completed and specific in-home support services that will assist the senior's safety and independence have been identified, JSSA's professionals implement a specific care coordination plan for the necessary support services. These services could include help with bathing or housekeeping, light cooking, escorted rides to medical appointments, hot meal delivery, friendly visitors and shoppers, in-home counseling services, and much more.
Service providers: Clinical social workers, geriatric case managers, and certified nursing assistants.
Service location: JSSA offers this service in our Maryland and Northern Virginia locations.
Service cost: Information about JSSA's fees and charges is available upon request. JSSA accepts full fees for this service. JSSA can also provide financial assistance on a sliding fee scale based on need.
